在改革开放发展经济的大潮中,引进人才、培养人才、科学地管理和使用人才,是人事工作的一项重要任务。几年来,福山区人事局对此作了积极探索,取得明显效果。福山区总人口29万,有各类专业科技人才12021人,其中有中级以上职称者2255人。由于政策对头,充分调动了他们的积极性,“八五”以来,使全区的科技成果转化率达到88％以上。
In the tide of economic reform and opening up, the introduction of talent, personnel training, scientific management and use of personnel, personnel work is an important task. In recent years, Fushan District Personnel Bureau made an active exploration and achieved significant results. Fushan District, the total population of 290,000, there are various types of professional and technical personnel 12,021 people, of whom 2,255 were mid-level titles. Since the policy was correct, they have fully mobilized their enthusiasm. Since the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the rate of scientific and technological achievements in the whole region has reached over 88%.
