改革开放以来,个体私营经济已越来越成为国民经济中一支不可忽视的重要力量。他们不要国家投资,风险自担,并为地方财政增加收入,创造就业机会,其作用显而易见。但是,目前还存在一些问题需要切实加以解决,才能促进个体私营经济健康发展。一、思想认识不尽统一。改革开放以来,个体私营经济在社会经济生活中重新占有一席之地,虽然已基本被人们接受,但思想认识并未完全统一,仍然有一些人对它心存疑虑甚至偏见。认为“大款”越来越多,“中产阶级”作为一个社会阶层正在崛起,“两级分化”有拉大的趋势,是否将动摇国有经济的主体地位,改变社会主义的性质?也有的认为个体私
Since the reform and opening up, the individual and private economy has increasingly become an important force that can not be ignored in the national economy.
