吉林省白城地区绝大部分乡镇把农机管理站改建成了农机管理服务站。为开展技术服务,需要修建房舍和添置设备的资金,也需要流动资金。他们是通过以下十个办法解决办站资金问题的。 (1)借资建站一些农机管理服务站建站时,主动取得当地政府或乡镇企业的支持,借些资金、房屋或设备。 (2)利用原国营拖拉机站的资金一是利用原国营拖拉机站下放时留下的资产和资金;二是回收原国营拖拉机站下放时乡村欠的机具款和机耕费。 (3)回收农机具对以前国家无偿投放,现在有些乡村使用管理得比较差
The vast majority of towns and villages in Baicheng, Jilin Province, converted the agricultural management station into a farm management service station. They are through the following ten ways to solve the problem of station funds.
