浙江省农业科学院在前期研究的基础上,将板栗现有普遍应用的民间传统贮藏方法进行科学组装和优化,经一定规模贮藏试验,在实用技术方面已取得了新进展。板栗贮藏前处理技术可有效提高板栗的耐贮性,改良的沙藏技术既能保持板栗含水量,又能降低腐烂率,而且比民间传统沙藏技术发芽率低20%以上;改良的水藏技术板栗不发芽,保存效果好,贮藏60天,腐烂率低于3%;膜帐常温控温贮藏80天,腐烂率比裸露
