医学检验可以辅助医生对患者进行诊疗,在临床医学中起着重要的作用。影响医学检验质量的因素有很多,做好医学检验质量的控制工作可以保障检验结果的准确性,提高检验水平和检验质量。目前我国基层医院检验设备良莠不齐、检验项目和检验水平参差不齐、检验人才缺乏、检验技术教育不足,造成了我国基层医院医学检验结果准确性相差悬殊。在基层医院开展医学检验质量控制工作,不仅可以提高基层医院的医学检验质量,还可以优化基层医院管理体系,提高医院诊疗水平和竞争力。
Medical tests can assist doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of patients and play an important role in clinical medicine. There are many factors that affect the quality of medical tests. To do a good job in quality control of medical tests can guarantee the accuracy of test results and improve the level of inspection and the quality of inspection. At present, grass-root hospitals in our country have a great variety of testing equipment, with uneven test items and testing levels, lack of testing personnel and inadequate education in testing technology, which have caused great disparities in the accuracy of the medical test results in grass-root hospitals in China. The quality control of medical examination in primary hospitals can not only improve the quality of medical examination in primary hospitals, but also optimize the management system of primary hospitals and improve the diagnosis and treatment of hospitals.
