面神经减压有经颅中窝和乳突两种手术途径。前者危险性大,并发症多,现多采用经乳突进路。作者报告了1974～1981年间所作经颞骨减压139例的经验并对其中43例术后听力损害者进行了分析。
Facial nerve decompression with transcranial midline and mastoid two surgical approaches. The former dangerous, complications and more are now using the mastoid approach. The authors report the experience of 139 cases of decompression of the temporal bone between 1974 and 1981 and analyzed 43 cases of postoperative hearing loss.
