业余选手,不管是成年人还是学生,平时练习网球的时间并不是很多,但都有一个愿望,那就是想通过不多的练习时间来提高自己的网球水平。但是,据我观察,在网球场上打网球的朋友休闲娱乐的多,切实在做有目的训练的人少,这也许是因为无人指导的缘故。所以,大多数朋友打网球时间挺长,但进步却不是很大。任何一个没有计划没有目的的行为,它的效率肯定不高。在国外,职业选手或业余选手平时的技术训练时间也不是很多,主要是通过提高训练的质量来达到训练目的。一小时训练法,就是根据实践总结出来的一种很好的训练方法。它可以用于指导业余选手的训练,提高他们的训练效果,尤其是对于那些只租用了一小时场地的朋友来说,要有意义。而对于职业选手来说,它一般作为一种赛前的热身训练方法。
Amateurs, both adults and students, do not have much time playing tennis, but they all have a desire to improve their tennis skills with little practice time. However, as far as I can observe, friends who play tennis on the tennis court have more leisure and entertainment and do fewer practical training. This may be because of no one’s guidance. Therefore, most of my friends play tennis quite long, but progress is not great. Anyone who does not have a plan for no purpose, its efficiency is certainly not high. Abroad, professional athletes or amateurs usually do not have a lot of technical training time, mainly through training to improve the quality of training purposes. The one-hour training method is a good training method summarized from practice. It can be used to guide the training of amateurs and to improve their training, especially for those friends who have leased for only one hour. For professional players, it is generally used as a pre-match warm-up training method.
