要追溯“素质教育”的源头,可以与孔子联系在一起,在近现代,陶行知先生也从“五个解放”中深刻地体现了“素质教育”的思想。而“素质教育”一词真正出现,是在20世纪80年代到90年代被提出来的。1985年召开的全国教育工作会议,中央颁布了《关于教育体制的决定》,在《决定》中提出了素质教育的目标:提高全民素质。
In order to trace the origin of “quality education”, we can get in touch with Confucius. In modern times, Tao Xingzhi profoundly embodies the idea of “quality education” from “Five Liberations ”. And the word “quality education” really appeared was put forward in the 1980s and 1990s. The National Education Conference held in 1985, the Central Government promulgated the “Decision on the Education System” and set forth the goal of quality education in “Decision”: improving the quality of the whole nation.
