女性,19岁,因低热、面色苍白、左胁肋刺痛发现肿块1月余,于1985年6月24日入院。查体:T 38℃,中度贫血貌,前胸腋下少许出血点及淤斑,巩膜无黄染,浅表淋巴结无肿大。胸骨无压痛;心肺(-);肝肋下2.5cm,质软,无明显压痛,脾大AB 线14.5cm,AC 线23.0cm,DE 线3.0cm,质中等硬,无结节及触痛。腹水(-).实验室检查:Hb60g/L,WBC4.1×10~9/L,分类不明细胞3～10%,血小板40×10~9/L;骨髓增生活跃,发现分类不明细胞分别为2%、7%。形态似淋巴样网状细胞或网状内皮细胞;过氧化酶染色
