目的分析甲钴胺治疗糖尿病神经病变的临床疗效。方法 130例糖尿病神经病变患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各65例。两组患者均接受血糖控制治疗,观察组患者在此基础上接受甲钴胺治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为96.92%,显著高于对照组的58.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的腓总神经传导速度显著提升,明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病神经病变经甲钴胺治疗后可有效改善肌电图情况,促进患者恢复,具有显著临床疗效,可在临床中推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy. Methods 130 cases of diabetic neuropathy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 65 cases. Both groups received glycemic control and patients in the observation group received mecobalamin on this basis. Analysis and comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (58.42%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); in the observation group, the common peroneal nerve conduction velocity was significantly improved In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Metronidazole treatment of diabetic neuropathy can effectively improve the EMG situation and promote the recovery of patients, with significant clinical efficacy, which can be promoted in the clinic.
