松陵机械厂需要局部高频热处理的各种机床用主轴类,以前由于没有淬火设备,均需到外厂用喷水冷却的方法加工。这种处理方法,由于冷却速度快,对于合金钢或渗碳钢有时会产生裂纹或变形。如用井式电炉整体加热,淬火后变形更加严重,甚至因无法校正而报废。而采用渗碳件则工时多,周期长,满足不了机修的急需。
