我厂锻造工人在生产斗争中,在毛主席光辉哲学思想指引下,不断革新生产工具,提高了生产率和产品质量。下面介绍三种简单而有效的三种工具。一、滚圆挡铁在三吨和五吨自由锻锤上使用翻料机锻造圆轴进行翻转滚圆时。向一个方向转动,锻几锤就跑到砧子边,不能再锻。制作了如图1所示的挡铁,放在砧子边上,另一端顶在锤身上,解决了这个问题。这样在锻造过程中可不必停锤。
