利用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)法对28例急性髓系白血病(AML)患者骨髓活检切片进行粘附分子LFA-1/ICAM-1(leucocyte function-associated antigen-1/intercellular adhesionmolecule-1)的检测,观察粘附分子LFA-1/ICAM-1的表达及其临床意义。结果显示,粘附分子LFA-1/ICAM-1在AML患者骨髓细胞中的表达有很大差异,FAB各亚型间LFA-1/ICAM-1的表达无明显差异,AML未缓解组LFA-1/ICAM-1表达高于缓解组(P<0.01)。提示LFA-1/ICAM-1高表达的患者有化疗抵抗特征,可作为预后不良的指标之一。
Using alkaline phosphatase anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) method, adhesion molecules LFA-1/ICAM-1 (leucocyte function-associated antigen-1/intercellular adhesion molecule) were biopsied in 28 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). -1) Detection of adhesion molecules LFA-1/ICAM-1 expression and its clinical significance. The results showed that the expression of adhesion molecule LFA-1/ICAM-1 in myeloid cells of AML patients differed greatly. Patients with high expression of LFA-1/ICAM-1 have the characteristics of chemotherapy resistance and may be used as one of the indicators of poor prognosis.
