本文从我院改革开放十几年的变化,总结了我院的管理方面的做法及体会。1.医院要有精干的领导班子;2.充分发挥中层领导的作用:3.狠抓医院的内涵建设,完善和落实各种规章制度,建立“质控”网络,建立专科(专病),突出中医特色,引进新技术,加强科研力度,狠抓人才培养,提高护理质量,加强药品管理,保证医疗质量;4.抓好医德医风建设;5.认真做好后勤工作,为医疗科研服务。
This article has summarized the management practices and experiences of our hospital since the reform and opening up of our hospital for more than ten years. 1. The hospital must have a capable leadership team; 2. Give full play to the role of middle-level leaders: 3. Pay close attention to the hospital’s connotation construction, improve and implement various rules and regulations, establish a “quality control” network, establish specialist (specialized diseases), highlight the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, introduce new technologies, strengthen scientific research, pay close attention to personnel training, and improve the quality of care. Strengthen drug management and ensure medical quality; 4. Grasp the construction of medical ethics; 5. Seriously do a good job in logistics and provide services for medical research.
