本文通过一年对市食品生产经营、公共场所从业人员的健康体检,摸清了从业禁忌症(“五病”)检出情况及管治现状。着重分析了“五病”在人群、行业的分布及外来从业人员病原携带者流失原因及管治情况。提出了对外来从业人员传染病管理的一些难点和解决办法。
This year through a one-on-one examination of the city’s food production and operation and the health examinations of employees in public places, we have found out the conditions for the detection and management of the contraindications in the industry (“five diseases”). The analysis focused on the distribution of “five diseases” in the population and industry, and the causes and governance of the loss of pathogen carriers from outside practitioners. Some difficulties and solutions to the management of communicable diseases among foreign employees were put forward.
