报告13例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的临床资料,认为影像学检查是诊断本病的主要方法。对于以脂肪成分为主的瘤体,B超可列为首选;以血管或平滑肌为主的瘤体,B超往往显示低回声或混合回声,CT也难以鉴别,需进一步作肾动脉造影,尤其是DSA。并对该病的治疗进行了讨论。
