例1 女,52岁。自小脐部经常渗出尿样液体。因局部红肿、疼痛并出现波动性肿块,以脐部脓肿收入院。检查:以脐孔为中心呈3 cm×2 cm肿块,有波动感。穿刺抽出淡黄色脓液,有尿臭,周围皮肤糜烂。行脓肿切开排脓术,流出尿臭味液体10ml。抗生素控制感染,15天后局部炎症消退,但脐部仍有尿液流出。诊断为先天性开放性脐尿管瘘。手术所见:脐部有瘘管直通膀胱,行脐孔连同瘘管及部分膀胱壁整块切除。病理报告:切除组织为脐孔瘘管及部分膀胱壁组织。病理诊断:先天性
