从农业部渔业局获悉,农业部正在组织实施“中国无公害水产品行动计划”,该计划是围绕“水产品质量安全”这一主题制订的。该计划主要包括建立水产品养殖安全监管制度,建立水产品市场准入制度、建立水产品加工行业的HACCP安全生产体系等。具体措施有:一是以我国东南沿海水产品出口型区域为重点,发展虾类、罗非鱼和鳗鱼等无公害水产品品种。二是强制实施“水产品质量体系认证”,禁止未通过认证企业的水产品
