随着我国经济的飞速发展,医疗行业的迅速崛起,现阶段我国的很多基层医院也参与到市场竞争中来,各个医院之间日益加剧的竞争给各基层医院带来了巨大的挑战。如何在众多的竞争当中既最大限度地救死扶伤、服务社会,又可以稳定可持续地发展,是各基层医院管理层十分关注的问题。为解决这个问题,基层医院内部控制管理必不可少,但是在内部控制的过程中不可避免得的会出现一些问题。本文将通过对基层医院内部控制的意义的简单介绍,重点阐述现阶段基层医院内部控制中遇到的难题,并提出解决这些问题的实用性办法。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the rapid rise of the medical industry, many grassroots hospitals in our country are also participating in the market competition at this stage. The increasingly fierce competition among various hospitals poses a great challenge to all primary hospitals. How to maximize the chances of saving lives and helping the injured, serving the community and developing steadily and sustainably in numerous competitions is a matter of great concern to the grassroots hospital management. In order to solve this problem, the internal control and management of grass-roots hospitals are indispensable, but some problems inevitably occur in the process of internal control. Through the brief introduction of the significance of internal control in primary hospitals, this article will focus on the problems encountered in the internal control of primary hospitals at this stage and put forward practical measures to solve these problems.
