收集整理了国内外RPV的辐照监督数据和试验堆辐照数据,建立辐照性能数据库。并对其进行梳理,筛选出与我国压力容器合金成分、制造工艺、运行环境相近的数据,与国外权威压力容器辐照脆化预测模型进行对比,判断我国RPV辐照脆化趋势。在监督数据和辐照损伤理论的基础上,初步建立了适用于我国RPV辐照脆化预测模型CIAE-2009。经RPV材料辐照性能数据验证,认为CIAE-2009模型具有较高的置信度和可靠性,尤其适合预测低铜合金RPV材料的辐照脆化。
Collected the RPV radiation monitoring data and experimental reactor irradiation data at home and abroad, and established the radiation performance database. And sort out them to screen out the data similar to the composition, manufacturing process and operating environment of pressure vessel alloy in our country, compare with the forecast model of radiation embrittlement of foreign authoritative pressure vessels, and judge the embrittlement tendency of RPV in our country. Based on the supervised data and the theory of radiation damage, the CIAE-2009, a predictive model of RPV radiation embrittlement, was initially established. The RPV material irradiation performance data validation, that the CIAE-2009 model with high confidence and reliability, especially for the prediction of low copper alloy RPV material radiation embrittlement.
