1病例报告患者女,55岁。因反复咳嗽、咳痰1个月余,加重伴气喘1周入院。1个月前感冒出现咳嗽、咳痰等症状,以夜间为著,并伴胸闷、胸痛,曾短暂晕厥2次。在当地社区医院摄X线胸片,提示两肺底肺炎。给予抗感染、止咳化痰等治疗,未见明显好转。1周前出现头昏、头晕等症状,以颈椎病收住我院。具有高血压病病史多年,规律服药,血压控制在110~130/70~80mmHg。否认其他特殊疾病病史。查体:体温36.1℃,脉搏
