国际上深钻井和超深钻井的计划是与国际间岩石圈及其动力学研究计划紧密相连的、很多国家热心与科学深部钻探,为的是能更好地认识地壳与上地幔的结构,物质组成与状态,深入了解能源和矿产资源的起源及动力演化过程。现将已开的两次会议情况简述如下:
