研究证实,一个具有经济活力的城市首先是创新的主要承载者。城市论者比特·霍尔认为,有创新特质的城市往往“处于经济和社会的变迁中,大量的新事物形成不断涌入,融合并形成一种新的社会”。从某些方面来讲,这种创造力的发生依赖于城市创新资源、国际金融、贸易、信息、产业优势以及人才的高度聚集。青岛能够成为最具经济活力城市,与创新要素组合、大企业崛起以及产业聚集都有密切的相关。在这方面,青岛无疑具有代表性。经过多年努力,青岛形成了海尔、海信、澳柯玛、青啤等大型制造企业及其企业家精神,并以此构成了城市经济的品牌标识。这些以大企业为主体的产业创新与其他地区形成网络,促使企业之间、城市之间的竞争,并建立战略联盟的合作关系,于是就形成了城市创新系统的良性循环。有关学者认为,最具经济活力城市是一种建立在产业、技术、市场网络基础上的区域竞争系统,它是一个促使专业化研发、生产、营销者之间在相互技术组成的综合体中进行灵活调整的区域。而这种混合体在青岛地区的有效配置,成为创造最具经济活力的一个重要基础。
Studies confirm that an economically viable city is primarily the primary bearer of innovation. City Hallholder Bit Hall argues that cities with innovative traits tend to be “in the midst of economic and social changes, with the influx of new things and their integration into a new society.” In some ways, this type of creativity relies on the city’s creative resources, international finance, trade, information, industrial strengths, and the high concentration of talent. Being able to be the most economically viable city in Qingdao, Qingdao is closely linked to the combination of innovative elements, the rise of big companies, and the gathering of industries. In this regard, Qingdao is undoubtedly representative. After years of hard work, Qingdao formed Haier, Hisense, Aucma, Tsingtao Brewery and other large manufacturing enterprises and their entrepreneurial spirit, and thus constitute the brand identity of the city economy. These industrial innovations, which are dominated by large enterprises, form a network with other regions to promote competition among enterprises and cities and to establish strategic alliances and partnerships, thus forming a virtuous cycle of urban innovation system. Relevant scholars believe that the most economically viable city is a regional competition system based on industry, technology and market network. It is a system which promotes specialized R & D, production and marketers in the mutual technical composition Flexible adjustment of the area. The effective allocation of such hybrids in Qingdao has become an important foundation for creating the most economic vitality.
