实践“三个代表”的本质在于坚持执政为民,真正做到权为民所用,情为民所系,利为民所谋。我区在东兰、巴马、凤山三县开展基础设施建设大会战则是实践“三个代表”重要思想的具体行动。大会战的实施,不仅让广大群众得到了实惠,同时让广大领导干部转变了工作作风,赢取了民心,密切了党群干群关系,树立起了党和政府及其领导干部在群众中的威信。

The essence of practicing the “three represents” lies in that we must adhere to the principle of governing for the people, truly using them for the benefit of the people, favoring the people and benefiting the people. The district headquarters in Donglan, Bama and Fengshan counties are the specific actions to implement the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ The implementation of the General Assembly Campaign not only enabled the broad masses of the people to receive substantial benefits, but also enabled the vast number of leading cadres to change their work style and win popular support. The party-government relations and the relationship between the cadres and the masses have been closely linked. The party and the government and their leading cadres have been established among the masses prestige.
