马雅可夫斯基曾经为了要描繪一个孤独的男子怎样保护和疼爱他的爱人,苦思了两天,还找不到恰当的诗句。到第三夜睡觉的时候,他弄得头昏脑脹仍然想不出来。后来睡到半夜,他忽然想到了下面的詩句:
Mayakovsky once tried to depict how a lonely man protects and loves his lover, trying for two days without finding the right verse. He could not figure it out until he slept the third night. Then sleep until midnight, he suddenly thought of the following verse:
