目的探讨多层螺旋CT重建技术在鼻骨骨折诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对45例鼻骨骨折患者行多层螺旋CT容积扫描,利用工作站进行图像后处理,选用多平面重建(MPR)和容积再现法(VR)观察。结果45例头面部外伤患者,鼻部CT检查诊断鼻骨骨折45例,诊断率100%。单侧骨折26例,占57.8%,其中左侧14例,右侧12例;双侧鼻骨骨折19例,占42.2%。伴上颌骨额突骨折31例,占68.9%,其中双侧者8例;伴眼眶骨折l1例,占24.4%;伴鼻中隔骨折7例,占15.6%。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建与MPR结合对于鼻骨骨折具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of nasal fracture. Methods 45 patients with nasal fracture were scanned with multi-slice spiral CT. Image processing was performed by using workstation. Multiple planar reconstruction (MPR) and volumetric reconstruction (VR) were used to observe the results. Results 45 cases of head and facial trauma patients, nasal CT examination of 45 cases of nasal fracture, the diagnosis rate of 100%. Unilateral fracture in 26 cases, accounting for 57.8%, of which 14 cases on the left, right in 12 cases; bilateral nasal bone fracture in 19 cases, accounting for 42.2%. There were 31 cases with maxillary frontal protrusion, accounting for 68.9%, of which 8 cases were bilateral. There were l1 cases with orbital fracture, accounting for 24.4%. There were 7 cases with nasal septum fracture, accounting for 15.6%. Conclusion The combination of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT and MPR has important diagnostic value for nasal bone fractures.
