中国技术经济研究会2002年学术年会于7月31日至8月1日在贵州省贵阳市召开。本届学术年会的主题是:加入WTO和中国技术经济发展。出席会议的有中国技术经济研究会理事长吴明瑜、副理事长李京文、马建章、马阳和来自高校、企业与基层管理干部130人。铁道部部长、中国工程院院士傅志寰同志提交了关于科技创新促进铁路产业升级方面的书面学术报告。
The 2002 Annual Academic Conference of China Society of Technical Economics was held in Guiyang, Guizhou Province from July 31 to August 1. The theme of this academic annual meeting is to join the WTO and China’s technical and economic development. Attending the meeting were Wu Mingyu, chairman of China Technology Economy Research Association, Li Jingwen, Ma Jianzhang and Ma Yang, vice chairmen of the China Technology and 130 people from universities, enterprises and grass-roots management cadres. Ministry of Railways Minister and Chinese Academy of Engineering Comrade Fu Zhihuan submitted a written academic report on the scientific and technological innovation to promote the upgrading of the railway industry.
