采用激光脉冲法测量了高密度聚乙烯/多壁纳米碳管(HDPE/MWCNT)复合材料薄膜的热导率.研究发现热导率随MWCNT含量增加而升高,并且在MWCNT含量小于3.35vt%(体积百分比)时热导率随MWCNT含量增加变化的速度明显高于MWCNT含量高于3.35vt%的区域.当温度低于HDPE熔点时,热导率随温度变化很小,而当温度超过HDPE熔点时,热导率明显增大.提出HDPE/MWCNT复合材料的热导率与MWCNT导热网络的形成密切相关;并建立了热导率渗流模型,计算结果与实验结果基本相符.
The thermal conductivity of high density polyethylene / multiwalled carbon nanotube (HDPE / MWCNT) composite films was measured by laser pulse method. The results show that the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of MWCNT content. When MWCNT content is less than 3.35vt% (% By volume), the thermal conductivity changes with the increase of MWCNT content is obviously higher than that of MWCNT content higher than 3.35vt% .When the temperature is lower than the melting point of HDPE, the thermal conductivity changes little with the temperature, and when the temperature exceeds HDPE The thermal conductivity of HDPE / MWCNT composites is closely related to the formation of MWCNT thermal conductivity network at the melting point, and the thermal conductivity seepage model is established. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
