特发性大便失禁(IFI)的肛门内括约肌异常证据逐见增多,2/3患者肛门内最大静息压低于正常,超微结构发现肌内纤维样和萎缩性改变,有假说认为IFI是肛门内括约肌神经分布异常所致,作者观察了该括约肌对去甲肾上腺素(重要的交感神经递质)和电刺激的反应、并作分析。 8例肛门后修补的IFI作观察组。女7例,男1例,平均年龄57岁(39~79),5例分娩时曾用产钳。另2例经2次或4次正常分娩。全组术前测定肛门内
Evidence of anomalous internal anal sphincter in Idiopathic Fecal Incontinence (IFI) increased by a whopping 2/3, and the maximal resting pressure in the anus was lower than normal in 2 of 3 patients. Intramyofosmic and atrophic changes were found in the ultrastructure, with the hypothesis that IFI was anal Internal sphincter nerve distribution due to abnormal, the authors observed the sphincter on norepinephrine (important sympathetic neurotransmitter) and electrical stimulation response, and for analysis. 8 cases of anal repair IFI as observation group.
