在量化误差要求不高的情况下,并行A/D转换器在数字测量方面得到广泛应用.等级不多的测量,模拟电压不仅直流,就是对较高频脉冲幅度也能适用.例如电梯轿箱内载重量等级测量中对直流电压测量以及在雷达设备中对高频脉冲电压幅度测量等. 并行A/D转换器的基本特点是若干个电压幅度比较器并行同时工作,如图1. 比较器一般用分立元件施密特电路、CMOS集成施密特电路和运放型集成比较器等设计成.本文介绍的电压幅度比较器不用这些方案,而用一个可叫做射极门槛反相器电路,如图2.
