水泥稳定粒料基层具有良好的力学性能、耐久性和抗冻性,但在设计、施工、养生过程中存在易收缩开裂的问题,从而影响其广泛地应用。本研究主要阐述了水泥稳定粒料基层产生裂缝的原因,并结合工程实际,提出一些预防水泥稳定粒料基层开裂的措施和在施工中应注意的问题以及最优配合比设计方法。
The cement stabilized aggregate base has good mechanical properties, durability and frost resistance, but there is the problem of easy shrinkage and cracking in the process of design, construction and maintenance, which affects its wide application. This research mainly elaborates the reasons of cracks in the cement stabilized aggregate base course. In combination with engineering practice, some measures are proposed to prevent the cracking of cement stabilized aggregate base course, the problems to be noticed in the construction and the optimal mix design method.
