１９６０年以来我们共收治成人多囊肾２５２例，男性１４０例，女性１１２例。年龄２１～６８岁，平均４５岁。对其中２０１例的２５６个肾脏作了囊肿去顶减压术，双侧５５例，单侧１４６例。观察到手术可缓解症状，腰背酸胀痛消失或减轻占９１％，高血压者的血压下降占８９％，血尿停止，对肾功能无明显损害。讨论了囊肿去顶减压手术的合理性：（１）去除囊肿生长的内源性因子；（２）解除肾单位梗阻；（３）改善肾缺血；（４）对肾功能无明显损害；（５）可同时处理肾或上段输尿管结石，右侧可作肝囊肿减压：（６）手术可延缓病程发展，提高生活质量，延长病人寿命。
Since 1960, we treated a total of 252 cases of adult polycystic kidney disease, 140 males and 112 females. Age 21 ~ 68 years old, average 45 years old. One of 256 cases of 201 cases of cyst debridement, bilateral 55 cases, unilateral 146 cases. Surgery can be observed to relieve symptoms, loss or lumbar acid pain disappeared or alleviate 91%, hypertension decreased blood pressure accounted for 89%, hematuria stopped, no significant impairment of renal function. Discusses the rationality of cyst decompression surgery: (1) removal of endogenous factors of cyst growth; (2) the lifting of renal unit obstruction; (3) to improve renal ischemia; (4) no significant impairment of renal function; (5) can treat renal or upper ureteral calculi at the same time, the right can be used to decompress liver cysts: (6) surgery can delay the course of development, improve quality of life and extend patient life.
