我国是乙型肝炎病毒感染的高发地区。小儿也不例外,发病率甚高,可在出生时,因母亲有乙型肝炎而获得乙型肝炎病毒感染,也可因为输血,注射或家庭内感染。所以,目前防治小儿乙型肝炎病毒感染,主要是推行乙肝疫苗注射。要使乙型肝炎患儿能较快的痊愈,应给预营养丰富的饮食,药物、心理治疗等综合措施。护理应做到如下几点; 一、因肝脏病变,肝功能异
