本文报道一种用C3b致敏酵母细胞测定循环免疫复合物的新方法。用772例正常血清标本对C3b致敏酵母凝集试验(即C3b SYCA)的敏感度进行了测定,并用66例标本进行了本法与 PEG沉淀法及 C1q乳胶凝集试验的比较。对 C3b SYCA、PEG沉淀法和 C1q乳胶凝集试验在几种疾病中(血吸虫病、肾小球肾炎、原发性血小板减少性紫癜以及其它免疫复合物病)各种试验之间的关系进行了比较。用C3b致敏酵母凝集试验测得血吸虫病循环免疫复合物阳性率95.8%(23/24),而在肾小球肾炎中循环免疫复合物阳性率只有 30.72%(4/13)。并用 C3b SYCA法对不同肝脏疾病(45例)和其它免疫复合物病(32例)进行了测定。结果说明C3b SYCA 方法简单、敏感、具可重复性,比其它方法较优越。鉴于存在各种CIC,以及用以测定方法的原则和敏感性的不同,因此值得数种方法的联合使用。
This article reports a new method for the determination of circulating immune complexes using C3b sensitized yeast cells. The sensitivity of the C3b-sensitized yeast agglutination test (C3b SYCA) was determined using 772 normal serum samples and the method was compared with the PEG precipitation method and the C1q latex agglutination test using 66 specimens. The relationship between C3b SYCA, PEG precipitation, and C1q latex agglutination tests in various diseases (schistosomiasis, glomerulonephritis, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, and other immune complex diseases) was compared . The positive rate of circulating immune complex of schistosomiasis was 95.8% (23/24) with C3b sensitized yeast agglutination test, while the positive rate of circulating immune complex in glomerulonephritis was only 30.72% (4/13). C3b SYCA assay was used to detect different liver diseases (45 cases) and other immune complex diseases (32 cases). The results show that the C3b SYCA method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, which is superior to other methods. Given the variety of CICs and the differences in the principles and sensitivities used to determine the method, it is worth the combined use of several approaches.
