敌敌畏对蝇类毒性高,击倒速度快,致死效果好,许多地方都将敌敌畏作为室外灭蝇首选药物。由于长期单一大量使用,造成蝇类对敌敌畏抗性逐年上升,经测定1997年本市秀城区室外蝇种对敌敌畏的LD_(50)是敏感蝇种的5倍。有的地方盲目提高使用浓度,已提高到1:10倍稀释使用,但效果仍不理想。为解决蝇类的抗药性,提高防治效果,我们进行了室外新型灭蝇剂的混配选择实验,并进行了效果测定,结果报道如下:
Dichlorvos has high toxicity to flies, knockdown speed, lethal effect, and in many places, dichlorvos are the drug of choice for outdoor flies and insects. Due to the long-term single mass use, the resistance of flies to dichlorvos increased year by year. It was determined that LD_ (50) of outdoor fly species in Xiucheng District in 1997 was five times of that of susceptible flies. In some places blindly increase the use of concentration, has been increased to 1:10 dilution, but the effect is still not satisfactory. In order to solve the resistance of flies and improve the control effect, we conducted a mixed selection experiment of new outdoor insecticides and conducted the effect determination. The results are reported as follows:
