国内外实证研究表明,财政支出与消费增长之间有时是互补关系,有时是替代关系。本文分析了我国目前财政农业支出与农村居民消费增长之间的正相关关系,并提出完善和扩大我国财政农业支出、提高农民收入水平和增强农民购买力、促进农村消费增长的对策建议。
Empirical studies both at home and abroad show that the relationship between fiscal expenditure and consumption growth is sometimes complementary and sometimes substitute. This paper analyzes the current positive correlation between fiscal expenditure on agriculture and rural residents’ consumption growth in China and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve and expand China’s fiscal and agricultural expenditures, raise farmers’ incomes and enhance peasants’ purchasing power and rural consumption growth.
