先天性眼震是一遗传性疾病,其病损的解剖部位尚不清楚,对其病源学有各种看法,最近提出其病源于中枢神经系统,亦有提出位于使眼球运动有规律协调的脑干中枢。本文对诊为先天性眼震的病人行听觉脑干电反应(A B E R)检查,提供了脑干结构异常的表现。观察对象为临床及ENG诊为先天性眼震病人16例,女7,男9,年龄11~56岁;对照组为健康女10例,男5例,年龄18~35岁。所有病人及对照组检查ABER,行80dB HL单耳声刺激,同侧乳突电极记录,叠加2000次,扫描10次/秒。测量各波峰的潜伏期,计算其平均值标准差,并进行统计学处理。
Congenital nystagmus is a hereditary disease whose anatomic anatomy of the lesion is unclear. All patients and control group examination ABER, line 80dB HL monaural stimulation, ipsilateral papillae electrode recording, superimposed 2000 times, scanning 10 times / second. The latency of each peak was measured, the standard deviation of the mean was calculated, and the statistical treatment was performed.
