用标准牙科钻头,直接损伤小鼠顶叶皮层,造成局灶性脑损伤模型,用于C-fos癌基因表达研究。结果表明:此模型操作简单、迅速、规范、重复性好,是一种理想的用于研究脑损伤与基因表达关系问题的动物模型。
Using a standard dental drill bit, the mouse parietal cortex is directly injured, resulting in a focal brain injury model for C-fos oncogene expression studies. The results show that this model is simple, rapid, standardized and reproducible. It is an ideal animal model for studying the relationship between brain injury and gene expression.
