利用经典遗传学的杂文-互交方法将昆明(KM)小鼠携带的先天性骨─肾畸形综合征致病基因1d导入遗传背景已知的C57BL/6近交品系小鼠中,建立C57BL/6-1d同源导入近交系。本实验随机挑选第六、七循环C57BL/6-1d动物共12只,采用蛋白质和同工酶电泳方法对位于共九对染色体上的14个生化标记基因位点进行检测,结果表明,第六循环的C57BL/e-1d在Es-1和GPd-1位点的等位基因为杂合型,至第七循环,C57BL/6-1d动物的14个位点全部为纯合子,与C57BL/6基因型一致。
