校长出身的他对工作严谨务实、雷厉风行,以出类拔萃的工作能力先后任职市文化局、宣传部、政协领导等职务。如今,再次回归教育系统,他以更深的情感、更高的站位、更新的视角全局规划徐州市教育。在他的带领下,全市教育系统围绕建设教育强市、实现教育现代化目标,以推进教育均衡发展为主题,齐心协力、攻坚克难,保持了教育事业快速发展的良好态势。
