近年来,我省曾发生了养殖户与化工厂由于三角帆蚌死亡而引起的纠纷。受漳州市中级人民法院的委托,我们进行了铬、镉、铅、锌对三角帆蚌的毒性试验。这几种重金属对水生生物的毒性研究,在国外已有不少报道,但有关三角帆蚌的毒性效应尚不多见。试验结果显示了重金属对三角帆蚌的致死浓度和影响的临界浓度。试验结果对各地法院、环保局和水产部门都具有重要的参考价值。一、材料与方法 (一)材料 1.试验生物:三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)壳长9.9—12.0cm,取自未受污染的漳州市下碑村下圆丘池塘。试验前,蚌均经暂养。
In recent years, there have been disputes between farmers and chemical plants in the province due to the death of the Hyriopsis cumingii. Entrusted by Zhangzhou Intermediate People’s Court, we conducted chromium, cadmium, lead, zinc toxicity tests on Hyriopsis cumingii. The toxicity of these heavy metals to aquatic organisms has been reported in many foreign countries, but the toxic effects of Hyriopsis cumingii are still rare. The test results show the critical concentration of lethal concentration and effect of heavy metals on Hyriopsis cumingii. The test results have important reference value to all courts, environmental protection bureau and aquatic product department. I. Materials and Methods (I) Materials 1. Experimental organisms: Hyriopsis cumingii shell length 9.9-12.0cm, taken from the undeveloped Xiabei village under the circular pond. Before the test, mussels are holding.
