随着社会主义经济建设的发展,复杂多样的非金属矿,如石绵、云母、滑石、石膏、磁土、水晶、永洲石、石墨、萤石、药石,各种装饰、研磨和建筑石料等,已成为迫切需要的物资。但是这些有亟高工业价值的地下资源,目前有不少矿种,还没有得到利用甚至尚未开采。因此本着勤俭建国的精神,各省管矿山的工业部门,有领导有计划的,在有条件的地区,适当的组织群众开采一些小型的非金属矿,确是十分必要的了。这里我想针对这个问题提几点意见,供大家参考。
