目的建立一种日本血吸虫病血清学诊断数据变换的方法。方法血吸虫抗体检测试剂盒检测来自两个现场的血清,并通过I-ODST法进行标准化。使用Stata软件进行统计分析。结果在对诊断数据进行变换前,日本血吸虫病阴性人群与阳性人群抗体水平都不服从正态分布,变换后阳性人群抗体水平服从正态分布,阴性人群抗体水平仍不服从正态分布。因此,考虑对诊断数据作统一变换,使得阳性人群抗体水平服从正态分布,再利用正态分布性质,以阳性人群的抗体水平分布值作为基础确定血清学诊断的临界值。结论本研究建立了一种日本血吸虫病血清学诊断数据变换的方法,使得阳性人群抗体水平服从正态分布,同时提出以阳性人群为基础确定诊断临界值的构想。
Objective To establish a method of serological diagnosis data transformation of schistosomiasis japonica. Methods Schistosoma japonicum antibody assay kits detected sera from two sites and were normalized by the I-ODST method. Stata software for statistical analysis. Results Before the diagnostic data were changed, the antibody levels of negative and positive groups of schistosomiasis japonica did not obey the normal distribution. The positive antibody level of the positive population changed to normal distribution and the antibody of negative population did not obey the normal distribution. Therefore, considering the unified transformation of the diagnostic data, the antibody levels of the positive population are subject to the normal distribution, and then the normal distribution nature is used. Based on the antibody level distribution of the positive population, the critical value of the serological diagnosis is determined. Conclusions This study established a method for serological diagnosis data transformation of schistosomiasis japonica, which made the antibody positive population obey the normal distribution. At the same time, the conception of determining the diagnostic threshold based on the positive population was proposed.
