健美操是当代中学体育教学中重要的组成部分,对学生德、智、体、美、劳的全面发展有着极大的促进作用。但是,经过多方调查,发现当前各学校中健美操课的开展和普及情况并不理想,其中很多学校甚至都没有开设这门课程,即使开设了,也因为教师所采取的教学方法不当,或者因为流于形式,导致健美操应有的魅力无法展现出来,学生也没有学习的兴趣,教学效果自然也一直处于低下状态。因此,采取符合教学实际和学生特点的教学策略,提高初中健美操教学的有效性,就成为目前广大体育教师高度重视和重点思考的问题。
Aerobics is an important part of contemporary middle school physical education, which has a great role in promoting the overall development of students’ morality, intelligence, body, beauty, and labor. However, after multiple investigations, it was found that the current development and popularization of aerobics classes in various schools is not satisfactory. Many of these schools did not even offer this course. Even if they were opened, the teaching methods adopted by the teachers were inappropriate or because Being in a formal style has caused the aerobics charm to fail to show, students have no interest in learning, and the teaching effect has naturally been low. Therefore, adopting teaching strategies that match the teaching practice and student characteristics to improve the effectiveness of aerobics teaching in junior middle schools has become a problem that most PE teachers have attached great importance to and focused on.
