非晶态镍-钨-磷合金镀层由于具有优良的耐蚀性而被广泛用作材料的防护处理。采用扫描电子显微技术、X射线衍射分析及腐蚀介质浸泡试验研究了镍-钨-磷合金电镀层的组织结构、成分及耐蚀性。试验发现,所得合金镀层里非晶态。进行热处理,当温度达300℃以上时,镀层开始由非晶态向晶态转化;当加热至400℃以上,镀层已完全转变为晶态结构。腐蚀试验发现,镍-钨-磷合金镀层在85%H3PO4、10%H2SO4、20%HCl、20%FeCl3溶液中的耐蚀性优于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。
Amorphous nickel-tungsten-phosphorus alloy coatings are widely used as material protection due to their excellent corrosion resistance. The microstructure, composition and corrosion resistance of nickel-tungsten-phosphorus alloy plating were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and immersion test. The test found that the resulting alloy coating amorphous. When the temperature is above 300 ℃, the coating begins to transform from amorphous to crystalline state. When it is heated above 400 ℃, the coating has completely transformed into the crystalline structure. Corrosion tests showed that the corrosion resistance of nickel-tungsten-phosphorus alloy coating in 85% H3PO4, 10% H2SO4, 20% HCl and 20% FeCl3 solutions is better than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
