At present, most kindergarten teaching and research activities in the form of: a class to talk about a comment. Most teachers only pay attention to listening to a few lessons, learn a few interesting “moves”. This kind of teaching and research has its own limitations: it leads teachers to be ineffective in repetitive work, which reduces the interest in teaching and research and discourages the creativity of teachers. Moreover, the lack of division of labor and cooperation between teaching and research partners makes it hard to innovate and break through. How can we innovate effective teacher training methods and tactics?
