医保管理是医院发展过程中重要的部分,确实做好医保管理工作不仅有利于医院平稳高速的运转,还有利于为医院积累良好的口碑。我国政策一再强调,国家的一切工作都要本着为人民服务的原则,不断提高医院医保管理绩效水平是积极响应国家政策的号召,能够提高人民对医院工作的满意度。但是在实际的医保管理过程中由于受多方面因素的影响,仍然存在着管理组织涣散、管理政策落实不到位等多方面的问题,因此,医院需要根据实际情况调整医保管理的方法。本文就通过对影响医院医保管理绩效的因素进行探究,进而提出了有效的解决对策。
Health care management is an important part of the development of the hospital. To do a good job of health insurance management is not only conducive to the steady and high-speed operation of the hospital, but also helps build a good reputation for the hospital. China’s policy has repeatedly stressed that all the work of the country must be based on the principle of serving the people and that continuously improving the performance of the hospital’s health care management is a call to respond positively to the national policies and enhance people’s satisfaction with the work of the hospital. However, in the actual medical insurance management process, due to many factors, there are still many problems such as the scattered management organizations and the inadequate implementation of management policies. Therefore, the hospital needs to adjust the methods of medical insurance management according to the actual conditions. This article explores the factors that affect the performance of hospital health care management, and then puts forward effective solutions.
