超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase SOD)是一种广泛存在于生物体内与细胞氧代谢密切相关的蛋白酶,它的生物学作用是高度专一性地催化对机体有害的超氧自由基(O_2~-),以消除O_2~-对机体的损害作用。通过对慢性肺源性心脏病(下简肺心病)患者红细胞SOD活性的检测,探讨它们在肺心病诊断、治疗和预后方面的意义。材料和方法一、对象为1989年11月~1990年5月在我院收治的肺心病患者54例,病历完整,符合全国第三届肺心病会议制定的诊断标准,其中男39例,女15例;
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is a protease that is widely found in the body and closely related to cell oxygen metabolism. Its biological role is to catalyze the superoxide radical (O 2 ~ -), to eliminate O_2 ~ - damage to the body. Through the detection of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in patients with chronic cor pulmonale (lower cor pulmonale), their significance in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cor pulmonale was explored. Materials and methods First, the object for the November 1989 ~ May 1990 admitted to our hospital in patients with pulmonary heart disease in 54 cases, complete medical records, in line with the third national pulmonary heart disease conference to develop diagnostic criteria, including 39 males and 15 females example;
