以郑州潮河大桥为工程依托,对正交异性板钢箱梁施工过程中的空间应力状况进行现场实测和有限元模拟,对比分析其横向应力分布特点。结果表明,现场实测与有限元计算所得分布规律基本吻合,施工过程中钢箱梁横向应力具有较大的安全储备;沿桥跨方向,主塔截面位置顶、底板横向应力值较大;沿横截面方向,横截面中心位置横向应力较大;钢箱梁横向处于下挠状态;完成桥面铺装时钢箱梁顶、底板横向应力沿桥跨方向分布更均匀。
Based on the project of Zhengzhou Chaohe Bridge, the in-situ measurement and finite element simulation of the spatial stress during the construction of the steel box girder with orthotropic plate are carried out, and the transverse stress distribution characteristics are comparatively analyzed. The results show that the field distribution is basically in agreement with the finite element method, and the transverse stress of the steel box girder has a large safety margin during the construction. The cross-direction of the bridge, the top and bottom transverse stress of the tower are larger, Cross-section direction, transverse cross-section central location of the larger lateral stress; steel box girder horizontal deflection in the state; the completion of the deck pavement steel box girder top and bottom transverse stress distribution along the bridge more evenly.
