目前,随着药物流产技术的普遍应用,其所带来的并发症也日益增多,尤其是宫腔内残留组织合并宫腔内感染,其超声表现也比较复杂,有时易误诊为恶性滋养细胞疾病。本文就51例药流后宫腔内残留伴感染者与5例恶性滋养细胞疾病的超声与病理表现进行回顾性对比分析。现报道如下。 资料和方法 资料:搜集我院1997年1月～2000年6月间阴道不规则出血就诊患者56例,年龄20～42岁,平均30岁,其中51例为药流后阴道不规则出血20天～3个月者,其余2例在9
